Hello everyone! I am kinda a new guy! I have the Charbroil SRG and LOVE IT. I have done several Turkey's. Chicken wings, Ribs and Boston Butts!! I am not pro, will have more questions than answers but look forward to posting some pics!

I was previously a part of the Char-Broil site. I have been offline while moving to Italy for my next assignment. I am all set up and ready to. Posted my first message just to learn I need to catch up with the times and head over from Char-Broil to Lets Talk BBQ... thanks for the heads up TMB!

Where in Italy are you? I just spent 2 weeks in the Pescara area on a business trip.
