Looks great. Any special setup on the heat?

I filled up the charcoal ring with unlit briqs. I took out the almost spent briqs from my kettle and lit them. Tossed em when fully ignited on the unlit. I added two small chunks of post oak. I had the bottom vents at just 1/4 open. Lid vent wide open. 240-250 all day  8) 8) 8) 8)
Got Smoke?

Appears that your camera lens got a little steamy for the close-up ;)

I don't know what happened with those pics. Maybe I should've turned the flash off........sure tasted better than how those pics looked that is for sure.......

Thanks for the response on total time, Smoke.   Do appreciate it.   Will do that next try.    Think in the past I've left them on the grill/smoker too long before pulling them.  Did the foil thing, BUT, not for more than 30-45 minutes.    Those look SO good.

Great looking ribs !!!!

I'm hoping to get some trimmed off a rib loin as we get closer to the holidays.  I've bookmarked this just in case.
