... a pork belly pizza...

Is that a pizza with pork belly as a topping or a pork belly with pizza toppings?  Details, please.

Pizza with pork belly as a topping. Here is a video link. Tee can attest to his nachos.

Looked good to me.  If I should ever end up in Albermarle (although I'd have to be hopelessly lost on my way to someplace else to get there), I'll know where to go for some good eats and a beer or three.

Well Tee, go back and try it but don't expect it to be the same. Just now got the news that Kenny and his wife are going to sell out to the partner. He decided he wanted to not be a silent partner and investor and to run the business. He put up most of the money but Kenny had the concept and he and his wife ran the business. Now that the business is going so well the partner wants to take over. Not sure what will happen now, Kenny has plenty of offers. Breaks my heart but they are both hard workers and will land on their feet.

Hopefully in his partnership agreement Kenny retains owner-ship of the concept, and can negotiate a pay-out if the other guy wants to continue with running it as Z-Pi and in the same format/method/manner. Worth a conversation with his atty.
Otherwise - Charlotte, Greensboro,  Raleigh or Asheville would be markets that I hope Kenny will explore....
