RIBS 101

I just downloaded my camera.  814 pics.  90% are rib cooks.  my wife says I have a problem.  I don't think so.  i look at it this way.  everyone should be real good at a few things in life.  I like cooking ribs.  I'm not a great rib cook yet.  I'm just a student of the rib.  not the rib master.  I still have not produced the perfect rib.  I guess I'm just on a rib quest.  the journey if fun.

November 30th was my 58 b'day.  I got some cool gifts.

some old school converse shoes.  this is the only shoe I wore growing up. 



and my new baby.



pretty smokers all in a row.



got 2 1/2 racks of ribs.



my wife says that I can't fit all of those ribs on that little smoker.  ok, dear.  I'll show her.



were got perfect temp for our 1st outing.





everyone in the pool.....



got some good color on them.



a little flippy, flippy.



lets get some paint on them.





I must say.  ohh laa laa.



nice and messy the way a rib should be.



good bite to them.  I would give this a good solid 9 in my books.
