the rings are charcoal rings for my WSM smokers.  I think I got a extra 18 ring I could ship to ya pam.

Man that's a lot of good looking ribs Spark!!!! I don't like as much sauce on my ribs but I would say if anyone likes sweet Southern style ribs you are a Master!!! And I would sure wolf down any of those ribs!!!

I don't have any secrets.  I paint the sauce on the last 1/2 hour of cooking time.  I just use whatever sauce I have on hand.  my wife loves bull eye sauce the best.
