Akorn smoking away. Temp holding at 270



Cheeekin getting happy hickory smoke with some taters.

Cheeekin be done. My wife and I did the 1/2 and our friends had the spatched.





My plate with some country bobs on my tater.



While the lump is hot how bout a small meat loaf.

Not as hard as i have read on controlling the temps, just gotta know the vent positions. And its on wheels which is a plus for me.

Come to think of it, I have seen 3 or 4 of the Akorns up here on the mountain...makes sense up here since they are insulated.........

Meatloaf from yesterday. I dont like my meatloaf baked and sitting in grease, so its dry which is ok by me. BBQ sauce can fix this  :D
