Coincidence i dont believe in coincidence . but this is my first.
today my wife and me went to see a design for living  fair . many things for the house and the garden .
in the grill area we so a Charbroil Kettleman they started to importing it to south africa last month .
the lady started to explain all about it . i started  laugh . what so funny my wife asked me ? i told her of the post that smokeasaurus started .
now  this is a coincidence .
ok . you can buy one .

The main trick Ahron is to use less coals. They do not have to be all bunched together. If you wait 10 minutes after adding the cooking grate, you will get a sear that will make your eyes water up with sheer joy and happiness :)

Way to go Ahron - I bet you really enjoy it. BTW - The Smoke is right - don't expect it to be a smoker and use fewer coals - the grate works very well.

Be sure to read the directions so you'll know how to use it for low and slow smoking. 
I watched a video so I know it can be done...just maybe not by people who live high in the windy mountains)
I know you're going to enjoy using it.

I have seen the video as well my friend and it does not work the way the video intended and in my post I mentioned it was a calm day with nary a breeze.......with the pre-drilled holes around the bottom of the kettle, there is no way to choke it down to support a slo-burn........ :(
