New addition to the fleet at NSLB...

Humphrey's Qube'd Beast.

Aptly named...   Weighing it at 500lbs, it took 4 of us to safely wrestle it out of my truck.

Plenty of elbow room for 24 racks of ribs per load.

So, your saying Kimmie wont be getting me one for Christmas this year :D :D :D

Really looks like a rock sold cooker and to do 24 racks at one time is a big plus

OH BTW,  just opened a bottle of your HOT bbq sauce you gave Kimmie and I at the BBQ in KY.       Wonderful taste and yes a tad HOT but really really good

Glad you like it!   It is good on pulled pork.    We have some people that will put it on our smoked wings, but that is a little too much heat for me..

For the $$$, how is it VS a Stump's?     The one you have looks like a tank where a Stump's maybe not so much

These are a different design vs a Stumps, so I don't know how they really compare.   We can run these at a higher temperature, and with a built-in water pan.    It is a rib cooking machine.

And I also start my ribs frozen...    8)

How is the construction of it compared to your backwoods smokers.  I like the Humphreys battle box.
