A family member brought over a smoked pork shoulder to contribute to our easter dinner and i'm looking for some good ways to cook it. It says it's uncooked and has directions to simmer it for a few hours. I have a big easy, a propane bbq, and a charcoal kettle ( kettle doesn't have a thermomter though and I don't have time to drill one in) so i'm wondering if i can cook this in a grill somehow and have it turn out nicely.
I was thinking of putting it in the big easy or maybe indirect on the propane grill with some wood chips in a smoker box. Anyone have any best recipes for one of these?
