Smoked a Costco boneless fully cooked ready-to-eat Master Carve Ham for an hour at 225ºF with All-Star Hazelnut Blend BBQ Pellets before bumping the pit temperature to 350ºF. Baked the ham until the IT reached 130ºF (took a total of about 3 hours) and then rested the ham loosely under a foil tent for 15 minutes.
