That really looks great! Was it foiled at 160 and put on the rack or how did you finish it? Any idea what the temp in the barrel is during the cook?

Yes, foiled at 160. Just as it's shown in Noah's video on the PBC website.

I think Muebe posted temps on one of his cooks. Somewhere @290-300 degrees, I believe.

Best cooking tool I've invested in yet.  ;)
