Not So Chilly Chili

I made this pot of chili yesterday in hopes that it would still be a bit cooler today but what was I thinking being in southeast Louisiana?



I felt like having a grilled cheese sandwich with mine and they go perfectly together.



Had my chili with a lil sour cream, some shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeno pepper.



And a good grilled cheese sandwich is always welcome!

Might not be chilly there, but that bowl of chili and the sandwich are very cool!

Funny how sometimes thing get hotter the next day but still some great looking grub.
