Very nice!

I never got the hang of my Weber SM so gave it to my brother (who makes magic...) That's ok - I look at your cook and tell my brother what to make and then I enjoy it.... lol...

Between my CharBroil vertical electric smoker and PBC, I am a happy guy. But I love looking at cooks like this one and admiring your skill. Nice job!

Awesome looking pork butt. Where do you keep all that stuff? We lived out of our motorhome for a couple of summers down at Mexico Beach and I never had room for that much cooking gear.
