The other day I made some BBQ sauce, which got me thinking that it was a while since I made some pasta sauce. So here goes.
The players:
Start out with some lubrication for the chef.
Chopped some peppers and green onions
Sauteed the onions, peppers, garlic, sausage, pork in a pot
Add in all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours. (Sorry for the bad pics)
Put in jars, load up the pressure canner and now all canned and done.
Now time for the chef to relax with some sippin' whiskey
(Thought I took more pics, but I guess not (chef may have been too lubricated.)
