I have made all my butts on my mak or other pellet grill for the last 3 1/2 years or so. this is the 1st one I have ever made on the big nasty. never cook another butt again w/ out charcoal.

it was the best butt I have ever cooked. flavorful, great bark, color. never cooked a better one before. happy, happy, happy.
