If I could only have one cooker, it might be my WSM.  It does pretty much everything right.  I'd love to get my hands on one of those little ones for things like tri-tip or small butts.

it was windy last night so I build a wind break kinda.




I thought maybe everyone came closer to see what was smelling so good...  ;D

yes my son.  come over to the coal side.  it a good thing.  your food w/ taste a lot different (in a good way) and your get to play w/ fire some.  fire and smoke goodddddd.   8)
