Has anyone tried cooking a pork belly on the Pit Barrel Cooker? If so how did you hang it (or was it on the grate) and did you cook it skin side down? Finally, how long for the cook? TIA!

Most people use Pork Belly to make bacon!
As far as cooking pork belly well I don't have a clue. I know that the temps in the PBC would be too high for making bacon.
Are there any temps/times for recipes you have found that you would like to try?

Yeah, doing more reading and I think that's what I will do too (make bacon with it) ... I need to figure out how/if to get the PBC down to 150*. I need to experiment a bit. I will try the recipe from Amazing Ribs first and look for others.
