Legs and Wings Mo Rockin Style
« Reply #-1 on: December 09, 2013, 07:22:13 PM »
Legs and wings were marinated for about 8 hours in Wickers.  Seasoned with Mo Rockin.

Put onto the Grid Iron using BBQr’s Delight Apple.

Finished chicken and legs.

Plated with boxed Broccoli Au Gratin rice and steamed broccoli.

Easy and simple Monday night dinner that was really tasty, with bite through skin and real juicy.

Thanks for looking!

It does loo great! One of the ints about my rubs is - that you can use them as a marinade, in several ways.

Just as one example - if you want to rub the chicken pieces with Mo-Rockin….then put them in the fridge, in plastic ( even better - vacuum bag !) for the day, or even 2 days.

When you remove them - you would swear that someone snuck in the fridge, and sauced them with a marinade.

This is because of a couple of ingredients we use ( all natural ) that promote tenderizing, and moisture retention. Give it a try sometime!
