Hello, all, new member from California checking in. I sort of stumbled on this forum by way of the old Char Broil forum I was all set to join and then discovered they closed shop. I'm awaiting delivery of a Char Broil BEESR and currently own an electric Char Broil Patio Pistro which I use often for grilling steaks, burgers, drumsticks or finishing off ribs that were cooked in a pressure cooker. A Weber Kettle grill occasionally gets fired up for Tri-Tip, ribs and chicken. I'm looking forward to learning more about some new things for me, such as smoking and rubs, and learning about various cuts of meat etc. Doctor says I need to cut back on the cholesterol and saturated fat, so the way I look at it, if I am going to be eating less meat then I want to make it really count when I do eat it.
