Yesterday I had the time so I smoked some of my Cajun crackers that had marinated overnight. This is one of my favorite snacks and everyone that tries them says they are addictive. They are great just as a snack, along with soup or topped with meat or cheese. I smoked them on smoke mode at an average of 180 deg. grill level for two hours.
