OK boys and girls, I post a picture of my little baby Mollee a few weeks without any issue. BUT, that picture was sent to me by my son using his I-phone.
Now here is the issue, every time I take a picture and try to post it says the attachment(s) are to large same if I try to post a picture without resizing it (not going through potobucket) just using pictures on my P.C
Is there a way to resize pictures on an I-phone so I don't have to send them to my P.C then resize??
Any help would be great, this new high-tech stuff is for the birds

Dee??? Can you help Tommy?

Tommy you will need to download a photo editor from the App Store. There is a free one by Axiem Systems that I use and it works good. You can then use the photo editor to resize the image so it will be accepted.

OK muebe, downloaded the APP, now which button do I use toe re-size? Is it the CROP button? The one that gives readings like 4.3 or 10.8?????

OK I gotta figure out how to use Tapatalk for posting... I read with it all the time, but that would make it much easier to post pics.

Once you figure it out, it is easy. But at first it is a little frustrating

Tommy that is a great free editor but takes some learning to use all it's functions.
Here is a link that will be more helpful...

Cool so far so good! http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=12460.msg169473#msg169473
Now need to get my fat finger away from the key board (testt)?? ;)

Glad you started this Tommy. And Muebe, thanks for the link.
On my iPad the word "aspect" does not appear.
There is a small icon on the right that looks like several pictures or squares stacked. This button allows changing the size.
The I phone works as described in the link.

Best solution: Take dee's on-line class. He charges pretty steep so if you're a bit short (or a bit cheap), go for the second-best solution: Buy an Android phone and forget about all the iDiocy, iNadequacy, and iRritation. Jus' sayin'.

Has anyone upgraded there iPhone app? If so which one are you using?

Sorry iPhone Camera

Depending on what day it is.... ;D
Tap-a-Talk works....then they have an up-date and it doesn't work. Then the SMF ( our forum software ) up-dates...and fixes it - then Tap-a-Talk updates - and screws it up again.
This is a cycle that we cannot control, so I would try to post without using any 3rd party software, and see if you can make it work that way first. It will be best for your nerves in the long run if that works.

That's why I use a camera for pictures and a phone for talking to people - yup, I am a curmudgeon! And happy to be so... ;D ;D ;D
