Got my xmas present the other day. 

one little ding.  email the guys but have not heard back from them yet.  Here are some pictures.

Getting it going for the first time.

that was a good pizza.  Need to work on my fire managment. 
first one was good but the others didn't cook as fast as I lost some of the fire.

You will learn the fire management part.  Cook more pizzas.  Try the dough recipe that Tee posted from Brad.  It is wonderful and works extremely well with the Uuni.

It takes some practice but you will be making pies with ease!

Oh man since joining this site a month or so ago I'm discovering all these fantastic cookers and devices. I've got my Father's Day, birthday and Christmas wish list filled for the next ten years!

I can vouch for that.  That dough was great, and I'm not even a fan of thin crust.
