Title: My therapist...on video

today I was cookin' some ribs in the offset and decided to do a video to try to explain how I work with it.

You and CB would be perfect for your own outdoor cooking show. Would be much better and more entertaining than Steven Raichlen and his weird droll personality.

I agree - they would play off each other brilliantly! It would be fun to watch and more fun to work on.
