I think most of the members love Savor Spices Super Pigs Bacon Candy and like it with a heavy coat of the Super Pig. It was way too sweet for me so my Jar of Super Pig just sat in the cupboard. Then I ate a BLT at a bistro that said the bacon was caramelized. It tasted to me like they had just dusted it with some sugar before frying; it was good!
The next time I fixed BLT's I dusted the bacon with just a light coat of Super Pig. It was better than what I had at the bistro! It gave the bacon just enough flavor for me and compliments it. So if you find you don't like bacon candy try just a light coat of Super Pig the next time you fry or smoke some bacon. Smokin Don
