You're gonna love the Big Easy SRG.  My wife got the original Big Easy for me at Christmas about 7 years ago and that was how I got my start into serious outdoor cookin'.

Thanks, for the winter months it has turned into my everyday cooker, still getting use to the fast cook times and have learned to rotate the basket 180 every so often to even things out.  :)
