Post by: N. Ontario Smoker on January 18, 2016, 02:21:27 PM: Great looking meal. I've got the Air Grill also but it doesn't like the cold weather here. Tried it at 10 below Celsius and it wouldn't get hot enough to sear. I know it will work great in the spring though.

I have used it on cold nights and it got got hot but obviously in those cold conditions I wouldn't know. Glad I don't have to find out.
