Title: Pulled Pork Sandwiches On The Visions Ceramic Grill

Used the Visions Ceramic Grill today to cook a pork shoulder. Was concerned about outside temps in the single digits but the ceramic held the temps very nicely.  Thanks for Watching!  :)

I have not.. Sometime in the future I will give it a shot. Any suggestions?

Nice looking pork, I'm cooking one right now and think I may go add a pan of water like you had in the video, see how that affects the final product :)
