Yup, Renaissance Ribs......rubbed down with Fine Swine and Bovine for an overnight rest

Little bit of sauce for the last hour at 180 and they almost look like Muebe and Sparky did em...almost... :) ;)

Oh, I called the ribs "Renaissance Ribs" caused I only used Tee's redneck rubs on them :)
