Title: Tuscan garlic chicken

Legs & thighs dry drined overnight, seasoned with Tuscan garlic & vacuumed for 4 hours,
then popped in the BigEasy.
Cooked for 45 minutes to 180 IT.

Served with stuffing, cauliflower rice, & homemade bread.
