Ms H suggested Ribs, so Costco St Louis, 3 racks and cut in half. 2:1 P to S, on OO, with some dusting of OP, GP, and paprika.

After 2 1/2 hrs @ 280*- 300* added some Hickory chips during the cook, then FTC 1hr.

Plated with Stubbs Spicy sauce on the side, beans, Ms H homemade salsa, and fresh local corn.

Tender, juicy, great taste. The PBC does it right.
