Sorry if this is a re-post but saw this in my email the other day. PBC has new skewers that hang from your hooks. Would be great for some El Pastor  :P

Good idea on the el Pastor,  have  been looking around at recipes for that recently, was  going to give the  "Serious Eats" one a shot soon.
