Beef short ribs are an awesome treat, yours looked great! Love that PK grill, awesome piece of Americana, and glad to see their being produced again.

Nice cook Tom.
I haven't had good results from the few times I have cooked beef short ribs.
When I get my pellet grill I gonna try some on it & see if they come out better.
Maybe I just don't know the best way to cook them!!! :D :D

They always take longer then you think.  Youll love them on a pellet grill, Thank-you!
