(...pssst - Tom...give Avocado oil a try...It has a very high smoke point, so it does not break down from and anti-oxidant to an oxidant....AND...it has no taste or odor. ;))

Look next to the olive oil. It is growing in popularity. Don't let the price scare you. You will use very little. Get one of those spray bottles like in Tom's video.

And - while I am thinking of it...Hey Tom! WHERE did you get that neat little pump up spray bottle?

The pump up spray bottle came with the Power Air Fryer XL, it's junk you pump it 20 times and it sprays for maybe 3 seconds. I have yet to find a good spray bottle they either spray too much or too little. I will keep on searching...
