Hey everybody,
I've been smoking and barbecuing for around 6 years now. I started smoking on a little weber kettle, but nowadays I have a few different choices when it comes to what I cook on. I have a pull-behind offset stick burner that I use for small backyard competitions from time time, but more so just to feed friends and family. I also have a Po'Man Grill (if you haven't heard of them or used one...DO IT), a GMG, two charcoal grills, and the house we bought a couple years ago has a "smoker" built into the fireplace. I like to cook as often as I can and am always open to new ideas for cooks. Looking forward to seeing what everyone here has to say.
