Been awhile since I did ribs... In the SRG, so I told Kimmie I would while I was out on vacation.
Not sure how long it's been but I will tell you been way to long!
Now these were good not my best but well worth revisiting ribs in the SRG

They were good, not my best but it has been a long time so I need to do them again for practice :D :D :D

OH yes I started doing ribs in TBE back in 2008 when I was just starting out. A lot of folks said you couldn't do ribs not enough time to do them but I did ;)
Main difference, TBE didn't have the room of the SRG so they would cook quicker because the were closer to the sides.
I would go 30 to 35 mins in TBE vs 35 to 40 in the SRG. Also I can do two racks with the burger baskets vs one in TBE
High heat entire cook for the SRG, TBE had no settings

Not you Tommy I should have some posts too. As you say not enough time. I just have the plain Big Easy. But that is one great cooker
