Y'all have done it now, making me want some ribs! those look great.
That's the way to do it, smoke 'em all at once and freeze for easy meals down the road. It's always nice to find surprises in the freezer.

That food saver is one one of my favorite kitchen gadgets.
Thaw em. Boil the whole bag for 15 minutes and boom, mid week dinner or anytime snack.
They are almost better reheated this way than when they came off the grill
