Did this 18 pounder yesterday. Used Smokeboost for 2 hours, then kicked it up to 235F for around 4 hours. When it hit my target temp of 165, I wasn't at home, but through the app and wifi, turned it off (Shutdown) remotely. All used Pitboss Apple, Cherry and Maple mix.

That looks great. Tell us if you think it had an acceptable smoked flavor.

The sample I tasted had a wonderful smoky flavor without a hint of bitterness at all.

Does your weber pellet grill have a drip pan?
