I smoked a big brisket on the 26 inch Weber Kettle a few days ago (sorry, no pics of that cook!). Had tons of leftovers. Here are a couple of plates...
New Mexico Green Chile Stew and a hunk of pellet grill cast iron cornbread. This year's crop of green chile is awesome.

Good lookin' cooks. There is no better meat for chili than smoked brisket point.

Love those delicious bowls of brisket goodness...especially the Huevos Rancheros.
