Here is the turkey I cooked this year. My first year doing a fresh turkey and a brine and I will have to say it was the best one I have ever did.

Well DUH...heck yes...about 10 fresh cloves stuffed in it and I made my own Roasted Garlic Butter and rubbed it under the breast and on the skin and inside it
