Got my large container of Fine Swine & Bovine bout 10 days ago.
First time since had long enough to smoke something.
Small charcoal bed & then mini logs (pecan)
Scored membrane , mustard & coat of FD&B
No sauce, no butter, no honey, just meat , wood fire & Tim's rub , keep you informed.
