Garlic Crusted Pork Loin
« Reply #-1 on: September 26, 2014, 07:14:42 PM »
Needed something quick for dinner after I got home from work today, so I cooked a pork loin in the Davy Crockett.  350 degrees for about an hour and 15 minutes with hickory pellets.  145 degrees finishing temp and a 10 minute rest.  Enjoy.
