Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum thing but I'm going to give it a shot here. I enjoy outdoor cooking with coal "lump" and wood. I don't have much experience, maybe 4 years and not much money for fancy equipment but I have had friends tell me that I make the best pulled pork, ribs and smoked salmon that they have ever had. Maybe they mean its the best pulled pork, ribs and smoked salmon they ever had for free but hey, ill take the compliment any time. For me, its not always about the end result or finished product, it all turns out good, Sure i want too make a great meal but its also about the experience of how its created, the smoke smell on the cloths and in the air, the neighbors asking what is that wonderfull smell. Ive smoked turkeys and chickens and pork buts and ribs and of course salmon (my favorate). Ive learned something with all of them. I look forward to sharing what I've learned and learning what you all have to share. Thank for letting me in to this comunity and Happy New Year.
