I love wings on the PBC, I won't do them any other way now. I leave them whole as well and they are done in 30 mins easily. I usually sauce them at 15 when I flip them if I'm using a sauce. I definitely got my technique down for my favorite food lol

Have you tried Stubbs Charcoal at all? If so do you find a difference? Personally I do find a better wood flavor to the food I cook from Stubbs.

Have you tried Stubbs Charcoal at all? If so do you find a difference? Personally I do find a better wood flavor to the food I cook from Stubbs.

I have not tried Stubbs,  I am addicted to the smell of Kingsford burning.   :)
