Looks great Tom, can I ask what temp & time per side?? lid up or down?? I smoke/roast alot on my srg, but still grilling on the weber. Haven't found my comfort zone w/the srg grill yet.

Thanks,  Had the temp set to high, as far as time, I also am feeling the SRG out whatever you would flip them on your Weber cut that in half and start from there.  Lid was down but I've been told that that really doesn't matter. That whole infrared thing. Did 1/2" pork chops on it last night took about 10 minutes on high.  Thanks for watching!
