Hello to all. Rex here in Brazoria county Texas. Been retired for over 2 years after 30+ years in law enforcement. I've been charring animal flesh for some time starting with a small charcoal hibachi when I was in college. I've got in my arsenal now a Jennair gasser, a Weber Performer grill, two Bradley smokers and my big gun, a 7' x 20" homebuilt offset bbq pit that I've been cooking on since 1988 (replaced the firebox once).
