steaks,taters & maters on the SRG

last minute dinner, what ever was left in the fridge/freezer (time to go shopping!)
steaks slightly over done, but still tender & moist, thanks to the infrared.
this SRG rocks! steaks this well done on a regular grill would have been dry & tough!

That looks delicious. I'm envious of your dinner.
My menu today consists of grilled hotdogs (on the SRG of course), beans and chips.
That's ok. It will be good too. :) :(

Great meal and your right about not drying things out, I've gotten stuck on a call and over cooked chicken on the SRG but it was still moist and good.
