Greetings one and all.
I have been cooking on #7 Kamados since 1999 and it's time to add a pellet cooker.
I recently took delivery of a Blaz'n Grill Works Grid Iron cooker... very nicely built, oh... and a Tappeque wifi thermometer.
After the initial burn in, I cooked a couple of pounds of bacon, to see how the heat was distributed... and that worked out well.
This weekend we will try beef ribs and some pork butts.
Always nice playing with new toys.
