Stumbled across this video on YouTube. I liked the amount of unsexy work that makes the operation what it is.  Would be fun to be able to get that far behind the scenes.

Big fan of BA videos...  I actually used their rub suggestion for the prefect Thanksgiving turkey, and everyone said it was the most flavorful turkey we've every had.
