Losing an Hour of Sleep Tonight
« Reply #-1 on: March 07, 2020, 09:10:35 AM »

Well, it's that time of year again where we spring forward and lose an hour of sleep tonight. I guess you/we could sleep in an extra hour tomorrow morning but I'm sure that won't happen here for me. So don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour tonight before going to bed. At least we gain an extra hour of daylight in the evenings for grilling or cooking outdoors or even cutting the grass. A lot of people hate the time change but I love having that extra hour to be outside.
