Crawfish Pasta and Homemade Rolls

I made a crawfish & pasta dish tonight for dinner. Also whipped up a batch of dinner rolls to enjoy with.







Served with Italian green beans as a side.







The recipe called for 1/4 cup of white wine. For the life of me I don't know what happened to the rest of the bottle. :lol:

That looks delicious!

About the only place I can find crawfish on the menu around here is at a Chinese Buffet (before they ask me to leave ;D).
